Greek Glendi festivalThe 24th Annual Greek Glendi Festival will be held February 7,8,9, & 10 Thursday to Saturday 11:00 to 21:00, and Sunday 12:00 to 20:00 at the St Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, 7671 Lockwood Ridge Rd,
Sarasota.

Admission is $3 and parking is free.

Island Players Presents "Over My Dead Body"

Anna Maria Island’s Island Players presents their production of “over My Dead Body” beginning Jan 17 at the theater 10009 Gulf Drive and Pine Avenue corner, Anna Maria. The production is scheduled through Feb 3 on Tuesdays through Saturdays at 8pm, and Sundays at 2pm.

Anna Maria Art League Exhibition

The Anna Maria Art League will hold an exhibition Jan 11 through Jan 31 on their premises at 5312 Holmes Boulevard, Holmes Beach.

Gallery hours are 9am – 2:30pm.

This is the 14th annual James Pay Exhibit and is open to members of the AMIAL. Artists may make submissions Jan 9 between 10am and 2pm at the league’s office. Up to 3 entries are allowed and costs $10 per entry. Pieces will be juried for acceptance and prizes awarded at a reception Jan 11 beginning 5:30pm.
